Quantity and timeframe are typically the deciding factors in whether to use offset or digital printing. Offset printing is generally used for large print runs and/or large paper sizes, while digital printing is ideal for short runs and small paper sizes. Digitally printed sheets do not require drying or coating time before handling, and can be finished (cut, scored, folded, etc.) more quickly. Your Formcor representative can provide more detail on the option that best suits your project needs.
Sometimes budget and deadlines aren’t the only factors in printing a project. We’re proud to work with a network of print and paper suppliers across Canada, many of them FSC-certified. Share some details on your project and we’d be happy to find the most appropriate printer for your job.
